Thoughts and Words
Our thoughts create our words and our words create our world, what kind of world are you creating? Do you ever stop and listen to yourself? Do you even realize the things you are thinking and saying? Take the time to be aware. I do believe that many of us go around not aware of our thoughts and words. The law of attraction is real, and the universe hears your words. If we are constantly complaining or talking negative that is what we will get more of.
“for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.” Matthew 12:37 (ESV)
Therefore, words of condemnation will create condemnation and words that uplift abundance, health and all good fortune will create all good.
We create our own happiness or unhappiness; the choice is ours. What is your first thought when you open your eyes in the morning? Do you give thanks for another blessed day, or do you think UGH I don’t want to get out of bed? Set the tone of your day by giving thanks and being joyful. If you truly want to you can find a positive in every negative. It is all in your perception.
If it is as simple as shifting our thoughts, then why are so many people miserable? Here we go back to the self-love and self-worth. Yet again it is what our thoughts have been programmed to believe. There is surely a pattern to our lives. It is what we were fed growing up and I do not mean the nutrition or diet. What I am talking about is the nurturing words, the things we were taught to believe. If you were told you were brilliant and that you were going to achieve great things most likely you have or will. The same thing goes for the one who was constantly told that they were worthless and would never amount to anything. These examples are extreme, but you get the point. Most of us have heard a little of both, positive and negative. This also goes for money, if you grew up in a household where there was constant struggle and lack there is a good chance that continues in your life. For those that have broken the cycle of the negative thoughts and beliefs make the change. This is what needs to be done, break the cycle. This is your life!
Each one of us have our own belief system which comes mainly from our programing. So, if you are struggling or unhappy in your life or feel like there must be a better way, this is your inner self telling you to make the change.
How do you begin to make a change? First become aware of your thoughts. When thoughts of lack or negativity come in, turn them around into something positive and move on. Do not fight your thoughts, work with them towards positivity. This process takes practice and different tools work for different people. Listen to your body for signs. Be gentle with yourself. Learn who you are and what works for you. You maybe very surprised at what you have been thinking and saying. Awaken to awareness, be conscious, learn to love yourself and your life.
